  • 6061– Grade 6061, on the other hand, has excellent mechanical properties and can be processed under annealed conditions. Through various fabrication processes, aluminium with this specific grade can generate plates, sheets, and extruded shapes.
  • 6063– Ultimately, aluminium materials with grade 6063 can be maximised for decorative and structural purposes. Their excellent tensile properties, finishing qualities, and corrosion resistance make them suitable for interior and exterior architectural applications.

Applications of Marine Grade Aluminium

Given all the features and characteristics of the previously mentioned aluminium grades, the marine industry can easily maximise them in generating various parts and components of its products. Some of the notable applications of marine grade aluminium stock components include structural shipbuilding, boat hulls, boat lifts, docks, and other prominent offshore structural applications. Luxury vessels, fishing vessels, workboats, leisure boats, and patrol boats can all be made from these aluminium components.
